I for one have every confidence in you adding an awful lot to the Broncos this season. I know you have worked extremely hard to recup from the leg injuries you had at K.C. and are healthy now in body, mind and spirit. And now your family has moved to Denver, you are centered now.
A lot of writers are reporting that you will be handled with kids gloves. But when Camp starts in about six weeks, the gloves will be taken off and you can show your readiness to play at a high level and be a great leader in that RB room. And every time you are on the field, the D will not know what role you will be in on that play. Pass, run, decoy? In eccencse, your very presence will be like adding two players to the chessboard. And C.J. is a bull runner, Booker is a slasher and you are a blend of dancer and and a pinball. So you will be a member of one of the greatest blend of Running Backs in Team and NFL history. And if our OL gels well in preseason, their abilities to help open holes for you guys, will help keep those chains moving. That will take the pressure off whoever wins the QB position and help get recievers open for the QB to hit. If you three can gain an average of 150 yards a game and we pass for 200-250 yards a game, with our great Defense would be a formuala to get the Broncos back in the playoffs and contend for a Championship of the AFC West. So, Mr. Charles, keep on working hard and help lead us potentially to the Super Bowl and get you the Ring you have been seeking all your NFL career. The Offense needs to be real solid and reliable and carry more of the weight and take pressure off the Defense so they can get the rest they need to play at their best. And Go, GO Broncos and work really hard and smart and like Jamal, leave it ALL on the field and you certainly win more games than last season!!!
