This Phase3 OTA is full speed but no contact. So the QBs will be gelling with the recivers, but getting used to the new Offensive Playbook is critical for both of them. And the RB position will be a committee approach. C. J. Anderson will start ,but will share the load with Jamal Charles, Devontae Booker and possibly De’Angelon Henderson.
. And Henderson will be a great slot reciver, with the ability to bust tackles and use his blazing speed to gain valuable real estate. And with Jamal, they will devise special plays to use his awesome abitities with less danger of getting hurt again, primarly his knees. Jake Butt will be part of the TE situation at some time early in the Season, which will be another great tool in the picture for the QB who wins the battle, he excells in both Blocking and Receiving. And with a much better OL, it should be more fun to watch the 2017 Broncos Offense. But remember, it may take the preseason and early games to gel well as they have 3 new OL, a new reciver, 1 and possibly 2 new running backs. And two young QBs, one of them will start, so it is vital for everyones learning curves to go fast and well. Once they start to hit on all or most Cyniders, they have the potential to be a very good Offense by Seasons ends. Lets just hope they win enough games in that process to qualify for the the postseason.
And on Defense, we now have the beef in the middle in Zach Peko to help improve stopping the opponents running game, which was their only big downfall last season. So I think they can return to vie for the top D in the NFL this season. They also have a much bigger and stronger Adam Gotsis who has earned the moniker of Little Wolfe who hopefully can Anchor the other DE position opposite of Derek Wolfe. And Shane Ray will occupy the OLB position opposite of Von Miller. He had a much better season last year with several sacks. We know the abilities of Wolfe and Miller in that area, so with Ray poised for a great year, and if Gotsis lives up to his nickname, we could possibly vie for the most sacks for a team this Season. Now, wouldn’t that be fun to watch? And the No Fly Zone should be tighter with better production up front as teams with long situations for a First Down may try risky plays, which could lead to more picks too. A stronger Offense which won’t weigh down the Defense nearly as much could lead to a surprisingly better season than most of the Sports pundits believe, though Sports Illistnate predicted the Broncos to go 11-5, but miss the playoffs. I predict anywhere between 10-12 wins, largerly, to an improved Offense.
