Game aftermath.

We accomplished a lot of good things last night. We got Von Miller and Kevin Vickerson back on defense and both played very well. Von only played 9 downs but he was harassing Fitzgerald and nearly intercepted a screen play pass. The vision of the duo of him and DeMarcus chasing down QBs and RBs is one that I am salivating over, that is for sure. And Montee Ball returned and was immediately involved in the first drive, running and receiving 35 yards, so he looked real good in his first outing after his surgery. Emmanuel Sanders blasted onto the offense attack with two great TD passes from Peyton. With less than 2 minutes in the half, they struck with the first bomb and getting the ball back quickly with a defensive stop struck again with his second TD catch. Additionly, Marvin Austin nearly got a pick for a TD, and Peyton showed his fiery edge as he confronted their blabbermouth safety who put a headshot on Wes Welker a few plays before. And it was his first for that type of penalty for sure. But it just shows that the Broncos have a tough jagged edge to their team this season.
On another down note, Matty Prater will be suspended for the first four games in violation of the League Substance Violation Policy. So heal well Wes and Matt walk the straight and narrow path and all engines full speed to prepare for the Colts on Sunday Night Football just now a week past this week’s Cowboy game. GO, GO Broncos!!!
