Hard Lessons in Seattle.

You never want your behind kicked like that. Actually if you take away the four turnoverd, one if which gave Seattle 7 of the 14 gIft points(along with a kickoff retuned for a T.D.) and took a possible score off the board for the Broncos, the score could have been 26-17, which is hardly a blowout. The Broncos are fully aware that a good amount of work In ball security and getting the defense in an attack mode. And a lot of the players on that kickoff return will not even make the team. So it is two of the same problems we had early in the year and that resurfaced in that dreadful playoff loss to the Ravens.Ball security is as much mental as physical and many times just a lack of focus by that player. It can be worked on in practice. The defense needs to be led more forcefully by Derek Wolfe, Wesley Woodyard and Champ Bailey and they will get thst attack edge back. We need to have a positive turnover ratio this season early and often. They have tbe talent. Again it is a matter of focus. Live in the here and now and play likewise. Nothing major, but they will need to tune it up in about 2 1/2 weeks for the Raven game!
