Today in our 2010 look back, the Broncos took to the road to play the rough and tough Ravens, and didn’t have much success, falling on the road in Baltimore 31-17.
The Denver Broncos have the good (depending on your point of view) fortune of being residents in the weak AFC West where there is no real clear-cut leader of the pack.
Quarterback Kyle Orton has been the main reason that the Broncos were 2-2, prior to their game against the Baltimore Ravens Sunday. While Orton would have some relatively decent numbers in this contest, it would not help very much this weekend.
The Ravens would display their emergence as arguably the best team in the AFC as they scored early and kept the visiting Denver Broncos at bay. Rice ran for a pair of scores and the Baltimore defense frustrated Orton, allowing the Ravens to annihilate the Broncos 31-17.
