Marshall Told Police He Hated Denver During an 07 DUI Stop

The what seems to be never ending drama surrounding Broncos WR Brandon Marshall took another turn on Tuesday, as 7NEWS in Denver released a story saying that Marshall said he “hated Denver” during a traffic stop for a DUI back in 2007.
“I hate Denver. I hope I get traded. I hate this f******* city,” an officer wrote in the police report, according to the station. The report just became public as investigators of the station asked for it. The story reads that Marshall was peeved at police for pulling him over and not finding the killer of fellow Bronco Darrent Williams.
“Why aren’t you guys out looking for Williams’ killer?” the report says.
Marshall recently asked the Broncos to trade him, and the team went back and forth with the notion of moving him, but decided that they wanted him on the roster in 2009.
Now that this is out, it will be interesting to see if Marshall does any damage control, or if things just continue to get worse with the Broncos and now the fans of Denver who read that he does not appreciate the city.
