McDaniel’s Deal Worth $11.9 Million

No NFL owner will have a bigger head coaching budget for the 2009 season than Pat Bowlen. Contrary to belief, the Broncos’ owner did not hire Josh McDaniels on the cheap. According to an NFL source, McDaniels has a four-year, $11.9 million contract, exceeding the four-year, $11.5 million deal the St. Louis Rams paid to their newly hired coach, Steve Spagnuolo
