Brandon Marshall Says He’s Sorry

Receiver Brandon Marshall plans to appeal, after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended him for three games.  It’s a punishment for repeated misconduct that includes a drunk-driving arrest last October.  Marshall’s appeal could mean his suspension won’t begin until after season-opening match-ups against San Diego and Oakland.
