Marshall Appealing Three-Game Suspension

Wide receiver Brandon Marshall was in New York City yesterday, appealing a three-game suspension for off-field troubles.  NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell had previously said he would cut the penalty to two games if Marshall cleans up his act and follows through with counseling.  Marshall is hoping to serve only one game, or possibly even none.  His legal problems include a drunk-driving arrest last October.
