Marshall Pleads Not Guilty

A member of the Broncos pleaded not guilty to a charge of drunken driving Tuesday.  According to court documents, wide receiver Brandon Marshall was also charged with driving the wrong way on a one-way street and failing to drive in a single lane.  On their way out of a Denver courtroom, neither Marshall nor his attorney would comment.  A jury trial has been scheduled for March 24th.  This alleged incident was the fourth involving the Broncos, alcohol and the law.
