Stokley Receives Contract Extension

Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon StokleyIt was reported by the Denver Post Saturday that Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Stokley agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension; terms of the contract were not disclosed.  Stokley, a 9-year veteran, has 39 catches for 614 yards and 4 touchdowns this season; he moved into the starting lineup when starting WR Javon Walker went down with a knee injury and was forced to miss 7 games.  Stokley has played in 87 career games with Indianapolis, Baltimore and Denver; he has 241 career receptions for 3,508 yards and 26 touchdowns.
