Cutler Should Be Well Enough to Start vs Chiefs

QB Jay Cutler should start on Sunday.  He practiced Thursday and his badly bruised leg responded well.  Cutler said he is still sore but had a good practice.  However, safety John Lynch will probably sit out the contest in Kansas City.  Lynch has some neck pain and although he participated in some practice drills he is not 100-percent.  Denver is being cautious with Lynch because he had neck surgery a few years ago.
