Legal Trouble For Broncos’ Henry

Henry

The National Football League may impose a one-year ban on Bronco running back Travis Henry for violating its marijuana policy.  New York “Newsday” says Henry sued last month in Suffolk County, and got a restraining order barring the league from using a urine test against him, or making the results public.  An NFL appeal overturned that decision, but the court battle isn’t over.  A positive test would be Henry’s second strike, after a four week drug suspension two years ago.  The league has not commented.  Neither have the Broncos.  This summer, Henry had to admit fathering nine children with nine different women.  The news hasn’t affected his play however, as Henry is leading the NFL in rushing.
