Sunday’s win over the Steelers was a costly one for the Broncos. The price was running back Travis Henry, cornerback Dre Bly and tight end Tony Scheffler. Each suffered substantial injuries on Sunday night and will be re-evaluated at today’s practice.

More bad news out of Denver. Rookie wide reciever Brandon Marshall was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early monday. The rookie was pulled over at a little after 2 am, just hours after Denver stunning victory over the Steelers. The Associated Press reported Marshall was stopped in downtown Denver.

The Broncos plan to cut reserve linebacker D.D. Lewis today and replace him with linebacker Jordan Beck. The “Denver Post” says NFL sources have confirmed the move. Denver brought nine linebackers in for workouts last week. They settled on signing Beck, a former third-round pick the Atlanta Falcons released over the summer.
