Kircus Case Delayed

Broncos wideout David Kircus was due in court yesterday for arraignment on assault charges.  But his lawyers asked for more time, the prosecution did not object, and the judge postponed the hearing until October 2nd.  Kircus admits punching the host at a party in Centennial last May, but insists it was self defense.  A conviction could send him to prison for 16 years.
